At its heart, Kith Salon brings 8–12 women together over time in small, expertly facilitated group coaching circles.
Here, women develop a larger frame through which to understand themselves, shift the patterns shaping their relationships and meet the complexity of work and life with greater clarity, confidence and capacity.
It’s a place to bring real questions, unfinished thoughts and life’s complexities into generous conversation with women whose insight, experience and perspective help you make lasting change.
Because this kind of development should not belong to executives and people with access to a corporate development budget. It should be available and accessible to any woman, wherever life finds her.
There are two ways to join Kith Salon as an individual
Group Coaching Circles
A 12-week facilitated group coaching program for a consistent group of 8–12 women
Across five 90-minute online sessions, you explore ideas and evidence-informed frameworks that help you make sense of what is happening in your life, what you are questioning, the relationships you are navigating and what you want to change.
Before each session, you receive thoughtfully curated materials, practitioner notes and reflection prompts to open up your thinking. Then you join the same small group of women to test ideas, hear perspectives you would not encounter alone and leave seeing yourself, your situation and what comes next more clearly.
One-to-One Coaching
For women who want an individual space to think through what matters most to them
One-to-one coaching is confidential, highly individual and shaped around the context you are navigating.
That may include leadership, career and professional transition, developmental coaching, or broader questions around change, identity, relationships and competing priorities.
There is no set curriculum. We begin with where you are, what is happening and what you want to understand or change, helping you see more clearly, trust your own judgement and decide what comes next.

Hello, I’m Kellie. For more than 20 years I’ve worked both inside organisations as a Senior Executive and alongside leaders as an Executive Coach, Adult Development Specialist and Positive Psychology Practitioner. Beyond the titles, I’m a collector of ideas, mother of two and I'm endlessly interested in why we are the way we are and what helps us meet life better.
When I became a mother, the concepts and frameworks I had used throughout my career became deeply personal. Kith Salon grew from a conviction, that development of this quality should not depend on access to an Executive Coach or a big corporate budget. It should be available to women wherever life finds them.
